  • Trouble from the start

By (I am an Owner) onOct 08, 2013

I was so excited to buy my first Spyder. It all started when I was almost ready to leave with it after buying it and they told me I couldn't take it because of a recall. I thought oh no here we go. 1 week later it was ready for pick up. Left the dealer with it, 30 miles later, a flat tire from the ... side wall splitting. I bought the tire insurance but it was so much of a hassle that we took the wheel off and had to go back to the dealer to have a tire put on. Then they scratched my rim badly! Were suppose to order me a rim. 3 weeks later I still have no rim. My first ride out with friends was going great, then it stalled on me. Tried everything and it would not start. About 45 minutes later we finally got it started and it ran like crap. Took it back to the dealer and they said it was the fuel pump. Brought it back home and its running ok but still bobbling and missing really bad in 1st. I so much wanted one of these vehicles but now I dont know?
