Great RV Site
This is a gem! Host/owner was very friendly and helpful. Perfectly manicured campground. They put a lot into maintaining the park as they are busy planting new trees to replace the 66 ash they lost. Perfectly level campsite. Nice fishing lake with relaxing pods to enjoy the lake and the birds. Restrooms were clean and well kept. Obviously many know about this campsite as campers pulled in all evening to fill up the park. Very close to restaurants and shopping but still has a country feel. Easy on and off the interstate s.

A real gem off the interstate. No road noise. Perfectly manicured grounds and a nice family operation. Will stay again for sure. Perfect for an overnight or longer stay.

One Of The Best Near I80
Beautiful Rv Site. Washrooms and showers very clean. Has dog run. Beautiful pond sit and relax. Host was friendly.

Great Spot
I love this place been here 2x’s now, gravel roads/sites, grass at sites. Lots of green space and a small fishing pond. Full or partial connections. Love walking around for excising, they have a bathhouse, never used-they have Laundry but only (one set) The owners have ALWAYS been wonderful and easy to work with. I’d always recommend this spot! I just feel comfortable and at home whenever I’m here.

Close To Home
D&W are literally 3 miles from my home. I like to stay there and fish in their pond. It’s close to home still that I can take care of my cats and yet far enough away when the corn is high to think I’m far away. Nice people all around.

Happy Camper
D&W lake what a great little campground. Matt the owner very helpful. Bathroom laundry facilities all very very clean . This place is great if you are interested in a quiet relaxing,clean experience. We’ve camped here several times over the past few years. Always the same. Nice job Matt!!!

I called an hour and a half before we would arrive to see if availability. It is a Saturday afternoon and he said yes. So I made my reservation. Very nice accommodations. Walked the dogs around the pond. Beautiful and quiet!

Beautiful and Peaceful
I had reservations for the 29th of August but lost track of days and came in a day early. My site I had reserved wasn't available so they kindly accommodated me with another site for the night. The campground was full so I really appreciated being able to stay the night. Beautiful peaceful and the owner was so nice.

A Must-Stay!
Beautiful campground, with an amazing staff to match! We never even had to exit our vehicle upon checkin...we were met by management, and a lead-golf cart to our site. Parking was spacious and shaded regardless of style (pull-through or back-in). Each section could easily fit a large rig and tows. Spots surround a lake with a great walking path. Absolutely breathtaking views! If it matters to you, Ask them to reset the wifi when you checkin...strong signal but it may time out and won't work without the reset from the office. Will stay here again and again!

Perfect For What We Needed
Stopped on our way out west. Have three little kids. They were able to walk/bike around the lake and use the playscape. Did some laundry and kept moving. Owners are awesome.

This is our favorite stopping point when we head this direction. Great park, great owners, very relaxing park with water views. Owners very pleasant, even when his mower is broke lol. Thank you for always helping us with short check in notice. 40' with tow.

In/ Out
A place to stay a nite, while driving. Not much to do. Love the bird watching, some cranes came through. Friendly staff, reasonably priced for what you get.

Nice park.
Easy access from I57. Nice staff. Sites are long and level. Didn't have to disconnect. Plenty of room getting in and out. Busy place in the fall with travelers. 42' 5th wheel.

Very nice Campground. Pull thru facing nice lake. Very personable hosts. Very easy in/out for 40 ft. Towing full size pickup. Only drawback was sewer hookups were not in middle of site.

Traveling Grace
We stayed here in late March of 2019 on our way home from being south for the winter. Water was not on yet due to cold temps. Owner Matt was so very nice and helpful. Nice park and we will stay here again

Great overnight!
This was a great half-way stop between our place and our daughter and her family. We will definitely stay again. Great host and facilities. Easy on and off the expressway.

Great Stop Over!
Matt in the hat is a super host! (and owner)Dorothy helped going over all the amenities and such. Reservations online was a breeze and easy to navigate. Very clean campground with level graveling for setting up. Many shade trees and a beautiful small lake to enjoy. 36’ Class A with full hook ups was $35.00. (05/13/2019) You can’t beat that! Five minutes off the interstate! We will be back.

GREAT RV PARK
We met my sister from Chicago here; Matt was a great host. Stayed 2 nights. The shower house was clean & warm in winter weather in the teens. It’s quiet and secluded but about 5 minutes from every retail store, restaurant & a movie theater. They also sell propane. We can’t wait to come back in summer.

Good Overnight Stay
Staff friendly and helpful. Place is close with easy access to I-57. Lots are grass but level. Has small lake for catch and release fishing. Perfect quite spot for a night during travel days.

Peaceful!
Stopped here for one night on my westward journey and stay 2 nights. Staff apologized for only having an electric only spot at end of lake, secluded and by myself. I love this spot as it is secluded and very, very peaceful. In return trips I will ask for site 41!Beautiful lake, wonderful facilities. Best place in IL.

Great Small Park
We ended up here as a last minute weekend camping trip before the cold sets in. The sites were spacious, clean, and easy to maneuver. The staff were very nice and friendly. I would put this campground on my return list.

Wonderful Campground Near U of I
I stayed here for two nights and loved it. I didn't stay on the lake and spent most of my time in town with my daughter. I will definitely be staying here again. The breeze through the soybean field was wonderful and the wifi was better than many hotels I've stayed at. Also the owners were wonderful.

Beautiful
What a great place. $30 for full hook ups. Private pond to fish on for free. Clean and well maintained. Everyone here was so nice. My husband and I decided to stay here because we were passing through on our way to Indianapolis. I'd come here again just to vacation. I'd highly recommend it!

Nice Little Park

Too bad that we can stop here for only one night. Very pretty setting in this small but very clean park. The sites are large & mostly tree covered. Great service & cheery attitude with the campers. I'd definitely stay here again.
