Personally I have ordered pizza, wings, cheese bread and salads. Everything was always great. On one evening about a week ago I ordered just a chef salad large size. I had my daughter pick up the salad and it was the evening time and we were enjoying a movie with family so when we realized the salad only had lettuce, cheese, olives,croutons and the crackers and dressing we phoned the HAINESCITY Pizzanos to clear up the error. The told us we could get a free salad on another day in order to fix their mistake. A few days later we call to get the complimentary salad and Everton including the so called manager has amnesia. Food is awesome but if they offer you money back or a replacement item for an error on their part take the time to go in person and get it fixed the same day or it will never happen. Another good customer lost!!!!!!!

The Pizza is GREAT! Loved the pepperoni and ham with cajun crust. Be sure to check out the wings. They have a website too. I found it at www.pizzanopizzahainescity.com
