(Post-Crescent Photos) UN Leader of Wisconsin Church Women Will Talk At World Community Day Mrs. William Tonkin, Milwaukee, prominent leader of Wisconsin church women and United Nations speaker, will talk at World Community Day services at 2 o'clock Nov.

William Tonkin the World Relations committee of United Church Women Wisconsin and as a member of the advisory committee of the World Relations committee of United Church Women during 1951 to 1955. A speaker for United Nations, she attended the first meeting of the American Commission of UNESCO. Active in her home area, Mrs. Tonkin held the presidency of the United Church Women of Milwaukee, 1943 to 1947, and was co-chairman of the Milwaukee Committee for Israel. She is a member of the First Methodist church, Milwaukee, and has been named an, honorary member of Hadassah.

Women of Hadassah have been invited to services. A nursery will be held. Mrs. Ray Dawson and Mrs. Kenneth Maynard are co-chairmen of the day's activities.

Clothing articles for the needy in Europe, the Near East and the Orient will be collected along a with blankets and yardages of sheeting and denim. St. A Hospital Auxiliary Has Review of Past Projects, Preview of New Activities A review and preview of activities of the Appleton Memorial Hospital auxiliary was featured when members met for their fall general 1 meeting Wednesday at the Outagamie county courthouse. Articles to be sold at the auxiliary Christmas bazaar were displayed. The bazaar, to be held at Butte des Morts Golf club from 11 o'clock in the morning to 8:30 in the evening Nov. 27, will feature booths for hand-made holiday gift articles and ornaments and Christmas bakery.

In conjunction with the bazaar, there will be a luncheon from 11:30 to 2 o'clock, a tea from 2:30 to 5 o'clock and a smorgasbord supper from 6 o'clock to 8:30. Ticket sales are being handled by the Mmes. Perry Brown and L. at a service station, cated on the corner of E. Washington and N.
