But it sounds kind of cheesy or corny to most.

And to @Dann_01, pretty no es solo un adjetivo con significado similar a bonito, pero puede ser usado como adverbio para intensificar un adjetivo, de manera similar a "muy" o "bastante".

Thanks for that, I know, in fact, that's a resource pretty used by me sometimes XD, but of course I don't know all its possibilities therefore I try to answer cautiously.

First of all, I thought of something like "bastante por favor"¿? later I thought "not, that's a little crazy , here 'pretty' can't be a adverb because 'please' isn't a adjective, it never is, I think."

On other hand, the diminutives is a mysterious topic for me really. There's something new always.

@Dann_01 Love your attitude! Sorry if I ever came as arrogant, but I try to not be so blunt (Still need to work on that).
Just a little adendum: adverbs can modify not only adjectives, but verbs and even other adverbs.

Agree with @Nomadires, I'll just add that an alternative to "por favorcito" is "porfa" (shortened) or "porfi" (shortened + diminutive)
