      Air quality sensors and air cleaning filters in the ventilation system in each flat to protect residents from smog, allergens and other pollutants

    

    The Apartamenty Ludwiki project is a cluster of 5 buildings 3 to 8 floors high. Premium materials such as glass, steel, laminate and mineral brick tiles were used on the façades while interiors were decorated with reconstituted stone and natural marble elements. The project will feature diverse vegetation in between the buildings and courtyards with playgrounds and chill out areas for adults. The ground floor will be occupied by service outlets intended for cafés and ‘corner shops’. We designed bicycle storage rooms for the convenience of cyclists, and a vehicle charging station for electric car users.

    As part of Stage I of the project, there are 103 apartments on offer, ranging from 32 to 129 square metres and from one- to five rooms. Large wooden windows with anti-smog trickle vents lend further quality to the project. Each apartment will have a spacious loggia, balcony or a terrace and ground floor residents will be able to enjoy private green gardens.
