3/6/19. I have #Charter #Spectrum for TV cable service. Went to chk something & there are channels in my Silver & Gold packages NOW EXTRA. Ones that effect me are CINEMAX & EPIX. 🛑On Demand offers to re-add them for $15. Called C/S - got them FREE for 1 yr, then less. SO CALL.

@Ask_Spectrum It has been out for a full day at this point. I get if there's an outage but there has been absolutely no information on what the problem is or when it will be fixed, and accessing our classes has become insanely inconvenient. I want a rent discount.

@Ask_Spectrum I called you last night. I was told I would receive credit for the prolonged outage just to receive a text message this morning stating "because the outage is less than 4 hours it does not qualify for credit." Last time I checked, a week is longer than 4 hours.

@iTebowCHI @StrictlyChristo @GetSpectrum It was a hassle, too. I chatted with a rep from Spectrum and they tell me to take it to the post office (no). A sticker on the box said to take it to either their store or UPS, but the shipping label was FedEx. Wtf? I basically made the UPS store take it.

@Ask_Spectrum What is the point..... The entire city is off line. Columbus, GA. My home in 31904 and office in 31906 are both with spectrum and offline. It is obvious this isn't a localize problem with our account. What is the issue? Are you even a real person?
