Liquid I.V.®Hydration Multiplier®is a food supplement with sugar and sweetener (steviol glycosides from Stevia), containing electrolytes (sodium and potassium) and vitamins (B3, B5, B6, B12 and C). It comes as an electrolyte powder mix to enhance hydration* and help restore electrolyte balance that’s lost through exercise, heat, travel and adventure.

Is Liquid I.V.® an energy drink?
No. Liquid I.V.® Hydration Multiplier® does not have any caffeine. Liquid I.V.® Hydration Multiplier®is a food supplement that contains B vitamins such as B3, B5, B6 and B12 that contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Is it safe to drink Liquid I.V.® daily?

Can you use less water/ add more water than recommended?
Each of our products relies on a specific ratio of sodium, sugar, potassium and water, and it won't be as effective if diluted or saturated. We recommend mixing 1 stick with 500 ml of water, as directed on label. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
What’s the best time to drink the Hydration Multiplier®?
You can drink the Hydration Multiplier® at any time of day.
How soon after mixing should you consume the Hydration Multiplier®?
We recommend consuming the Hydration Multiplier® within the same day if you are not able to refrigerate it. If refrigerated, we recommend consuming within 48 hours to ensure the best taste.
Can you mix the Hydration Multiplier® with juice?
You can mix the Hydration Multiplier® with juice if you like the taste of it, however, if you are using it to top up your hydration*, we recommend mixing it with plain water.

Is this safe for kids to drink?

Why do we use sugar, dextrose, and stevia?
Steviol glycosides from Stevia area plant-based sweetener, and a small amount is added to enhance the taste of our products. Carbohydrates such as sugar and dextrose are added to our product to enhance hydration* together with electrolytes.

Can you use this while breastfeeding/pregnant?
For anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have specific dietary or medical concerns, please seek medical consultation. The recommended dose is 1 stick per day if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Is this product suitable for vegan and gluten-free?
Yes, this product is suitable for vegans and meets the requirements for gluten-free.
If Liquid I.V.® Hydration Multiplier® clumps or crystallizes, does it mean it has gone bad?
No. Liquid I.V.® can crystallize or clump if a small amount of air or moisture is introduced to the stick pack. Just mix the powder thoroughly into water until it dissolves completely.

We use the words sachet and stick to describe Liquid I.V.® interchangeably across online channels.
